Ha llegado a la Librería Diocesana de Oviedo este libro curioso y fácil de leer: la autobiografía de James Davis Vance, el vicepresidente de los Estados Unidos, que fue admitido en la Iglesia Católica en 2019. No me imaginaba que proviniese de un mundo tan familiar y socialmente agitado. El libro refiere cómo fueron su infancia, adolescencia y primera juventud, antes de la conversión al catolicismo. Está muy bien traducido.

This interesting and easy-to-read book has arrived at the Diocesan Bookstore in the cathedral square of Oviedo: the autobiography of James Davis Vance, the Vice President of the United States, who was admitted to the Catholic Church in 2019. I never imagined he came from such a socially turbulent and family background. The book recounts his childhood, adolescence, and early youth before his conversion to Catholicism. It has been very well translated into Spanish.
