Without a Garden, there is no possibility of human life. That is why, so that Adam and Eve could live a happy and fulfilling life together, God created the Garden of Eden for them and their descendants.
This primordial Garden was given the name Paradise, an Avestan word meaning a high place, with trees and plants of excellent beauty, surrounded by a fence.
Our Gardens, which are enclosures delimited from their natural surroundings by suggestive straight lines or perimeters, with colorful and abundant vegetation according to the seasons, with fountains and water channels that irrigate them, are a reflection of the Garden of Eden.
A Garden—every garden—is, therefore, a space within our reach in which we can enjoy the desired freedom, serene solitude, the pleasant company of a loved one, the delightful contemplation of nature, and the friendly conversation with God at the time of the evening breeze, as in the Garden of Eden.
The stereotypical Garden and the most beautiful in Asturias (Spain) is the one cared for by the Selgas-Fagalde Foundation. It is the perfect Garden and, without a doubt, the most important private Garden in Spain. It is worth visiting and enjoying its wonderful flowerbeds, trees, pond and meadows.
